Q: Where do you ship your ornaments?
A: Anywhere! All ornaments are expertly packaged making delivery anywhere in the world a possibility! Shipping is an additional customer charge. For shipping time frames please check Canada Post’s website
Q: Can I pick up my online order?
A: Yes, if you’d like to pick up your order rather than have it shipped, you can pick it up from our partner company in Saskatoon, Puzzle Master, at 832A Cynthia Street. Please choose “Local Pickup” when checking out.
Q: Can I request a custom made ornament?
A: At this time we are not taking any orders for custom ornaments.
Q: How do I care for my ornaments?
A: Polymer clay is a fairly durable product but should be treated with care when being stored during the off season. You can wrap each ornament separately with tissue paper or bubble wrap. This protects the personalized writing as well as the ornament itself. No cleaning products should be used on the ornaments, a dry dust cloth is a great option if needed.
Q: Do you have a physical store I can visit?
A: Coming soon! We are located in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan and have a show room in the works. Check back in the 2024 holiday season for more details. Also, we are attending craft & trade shows across western Canada during the 2023 season – follow our Facebook page to keep up to date as to where we will be visiting!
Q: Do any of your ornaments have more than 14 people?
A: Our ornaments currently accommodate 1-14 people only.
